During my stay in Japan in 2015, I received a keychain that had a tiny golden bell. I attached it to my wallet and wore it wherever I went. People would frequently ask me about some jangling sound that seemed to follow me. I never understood what they meant, until several years later... To be able to hear that sound, I used 5000 of exactly the same bells to amplify it.
